Why Self-Healing?

Simply because we can!

We have the capacity to self-heal.

We just need to re-member how to do it.

The human body is an organic vessel that is built to transform energies. We have a complex and intricate energy system that is built to endure life on earth and to facilitate in our development into becoming highly evolved consciousness beings.

We are still discovering, via sciences, how the body works and lots have been done in the past centuries but also lots have been forgotten due to focusing exclusively on the materialistic outlook of the world. We are now on the way to re-discover the energy system build-up. And that is the system that we can master on our own. If we do that – we will not need any external help to be completely healthy and thriving beings. Until, of course, the entropy outpaces the capacity to self-heal.

The 6 Pillars of Self-Healing

We need to work on all 6 aspects of our life in order to achieve perfect and sustainable health. None of them could be skipped or spared. This will develop us in a rounded way of becoming the best version of who we want to become.  

1. We are Plant-Frutarians and Embrace Sobriety

  • To build a high energy body, we need to use high energy material.
  • High energy foods are plants and fruits – the higher they grow the more and purer the energy they hold. 
  • We do not eat  animal products as we do not exploit other life forms for our sustenance. 
  • We do not use substances to alternate our state of mind.
  • Only plant based food will allow for the development of our extrasensory perception, which is needed to do the self-healing energy work. 

2. We Meditate and Work with Energy

  • Meditation is the way to connect with our inner being. It helps bringing to the surface the emotional baggage we carry from the current and the previously lived lives.
  • Energy work is the method used to clear our energetic fields to bring them to pristine state of existence.
  • Energy work is the tool to heal our physical pains.

3. We work with our emotional issues

  • Our emotional state directly affects our health. Thus we aim to lead a balanced life in concord with our surroundings.
  • We seek to heal our emotional trauma and clear the emotional baggage that stand on the way of our harmonious state of being. 
  • We behave with others and reality in a harmless manner. 

4. We Work on Our Personality

  • We strive to be strong and honorable human beings. So we break the current personality that is build on our ego-structure.
  • We modify ourselves to become progressive humans following the Principles and the Laws of this Universe.
  • Our values are built on the premise of the ‘Highest Good of the Many’.

5. We Exercise Daily

  • We keep our body in a functioning state so it meets the demands of our inner and outer lives. Movement and exercise are essential in attaining this state. 
  • Exercise activates our various bodily systems and facilitates detoxification processes.
  • Movement creates contact with the ground surface and connects us to the Earth grids that, in turn, supply us with energy.

6. We Have a Fulfilling Occupation

  • Our occupation can only be sustainable if it is an expression of our inner self.
  • Work should not feel like work.
  • It should be an application of our interests into the outer world with a purpose of creating good for the world, helping others and society to evolve, it should be creative and performed with joy.
  • At the same time it should contribute to our self-development and peogress.
