Strawberry-Pineapple-Mango Smoothie

1/2 C Pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
1/3 C Mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
6-8 Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 C Walnuts
5 pitted Dates
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
400 ml Water
Ice (optional) – quantity depends on if you are using fresh or frozen fruit

1. Add to the blender the water, chia seeds, walnuts, dates and cinnamon. Let it sit for 5 min until the chia seeds soak in the water. Blend in high speed for about 40 sec or until smooth and creamy

2. Add the fruit and ice. Blend for about 30 sec

Instead of using ice you can use only frozen fruit. Then you may need to add some more water to be able to run it through the blender and achieve the desired consistency.
