    • shop healthy foods;
    • use kitchen equipments such as blender, dehydrator, juicer, spiralizer, chef’s knife, etc.;
    • sprout legumes;
    • make wholesome and tasty smoothies;
    • make green juices;
  • much more.

3. Raw Food Cooking Basics (1 month):

  • Learn how to:
    • read labels
    • shop healthy foods;
    • use kitchen equipments such as blender, dehydrator, juicer, spiralizer, chef’s knife, etc.;
    • sprout legumes;
    • make wholesome and tasty smoothies;
    • make green juices.
